A detailed checklist will be provided to you
prior to your leaving. After filling this out we will know
a lot about
your business and how you operate it. Following your guidelines
and researching your property and its locations allows us
to replicate your service. Upon your return
you will receive detailed reports of our stay. Phone calls,
daily activities, expense reports, reservations
and contacts made will all be listed.
Basic Fees start at $85/per day plus
$15 per occupied room.
This fee includes:
- 24 hour
- Check-in and check-out of guests
of all phone inquires
- Making and confirming reservations
- Baking, menu planning, grocery
- General clean-up of the common areas
deposits, credit card processes
- basic pet care (pets with extensive
needs will incur additional fees.)
When the innkeeper does not have housekeeping staff there
is an additional charge:
- Turn over service is $10.00 per room
charge for refreshing a stay over
- Additional responsibilities
may require that additional fees be added. These
will be negotiated upon the signing
of a contract.
